I’m April Ristau, founder and president of Armillary Coaching. I work with sales and high-touch service people who want to breakthrough and build their business – whether self-employed or working for someone else. These people usually do not see themselves as “salespeople” but know they have to do something different to grow their client base and their business. Many times these people are turned off by the word “sales” and are actually fearful of it. I had never seen myself as a salesperson, but was always effective in making my goals and attracting and retaining clients. I feel like the key to my success is the relationship I develop with my clients, prospects, referral sources and colleagues. I realize there are a lot of people out there who want to do well but just don’t know how to do it and need a little direction.
That’s why I developed a program called the Sales Excellence Academy. It’s a program that helps you build better relationships by improving your communication skills, which leads to more clients and more business. It is the softer side of sales that allows you to be you, therefore attracting more clients to you. Here are just a few things participants have said so far:

This allows them to hear other’s approaches, get feedback from the group but then hone their individual skills during our one-on-one work.
